How well are you keeping up with your fitness and health programme during this pandemic? Join us in finding a way out of this situation together, with the aim of lifting our spirits and improving our health into the foreseeable future.
Clearly, we won’t do social dancing as we normally would, so the focus of this course will be exploring our fitness beliefs and behaviours and planning our health for getting older (whatever age we are now!). We’ll still dance some of our favourites, and we will learn some new group dance steps so that we can put them together later in the year.
How fit are you? How much exercise do you think you are achieving? The aim of this course is to work together to ensure that all of us are, by the end of June 2021, achieving at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise. There will be opportunities to set your own personal goals, or just come along for the fun of the journey.
